Coaching & Psychotherapy
I bring 25 years experience as a licensed psychotherapist to provide empathy and effectiveness to my coaching and psychotherapy practices. My specialities include: helping you trust your heart, couples therapy, divorce, and aligning your life with what you truly value. I offer both in-person sessions in my Bend, Oregon office and video-conference sessions to clients throughout the world.
The interactive online courses allow you to actively participate via online video conference for personalized guidance and support to unfold the things you seek regarding relationship in your life. A topic is presented and you are invited to share your understanding or challenges with it. You can share how it feels to you, and receive personalized guidance to allow insight and understanding.

“This strength shows itself in uncompromising truthfulness (within him/herself). It is only when we have the courage to face things exactly as they are, without any sort of self-deception or illusion, that a light will develop out of events, by which the path to success may be recognized.”
