True strength is the ability to act on what you feel. It involves trusting what your heart tells you what to do. However sometimes the thing your heart tells you to do may rock the boat and create uncomfortable situations. Your heart may direct you to say what needs to be said even if it is difficult to say or upsets people. You may have been honest and tell them something that they do not want to hear. Even if they may translate it as being mean, it may have been the most powerful influence that they had all year. Some was finally honest and straight with them.
Such strong dynamic action quickly bumps into your inhibition and need for approval from other people. Walking in this way requires a lot of trust in yourself. Doing what needs to be done often does not get appreciation or acknowledgement from other people. This charge to act on things that are not acknowledged or accepted by others is typically when self-doubt sets in. But from the perspective of a natural way of being, you are not doing it for them or to fit in, you are doing it because that is what you were called to do in that experience.
