In this video, I contrast allowing your feelings and open heart to directly interact with the world with filtering your feelings through your mind. When you allow your open heart to interact directly with the world, your emotional state becomes more unpredictable. Feelings happen quickly. Moods shift and cycle regularly. Your sense of feeling secure ebbs and flows. You are no longer channeling your feelings through your intellect to buffer your emotional state. But if you can allow yourself to navigate this enigmatic emotional terrain, you glean the connection and vitality of walking with your heart open.
