Inconceivable

Video Summary:

Have you ever noticed how some of the coolest things in our lives just come out of nowhere? It was like the universe just said, “Here you go.” We weren't looking for it, and then there it was. If we walked it back, we probably had an intention of "I'd like to have something like that in my life."

One way we create things has been called co-creation, and I’ve also called it collaborative creation. It means we're co-creating with the universe.

Another way is to create something on our own which I call willful creation. With willful creation, we have this idea which includes its form. We conceive it in our mind, and then we create that thing that we've conceived in our mind. From my perspective, this is limited by what we can conceive of.

With co-creation or collaborative creation, we can create things in our lives that are beyond what we can conceive of. We can do that by including some qualities or elements of the thing that we want in our intention. Perhaps we want a relationship that's loving, cooperative, and based on mutual respect.

Your intention has qualities but doesn't have form. We're allowing the universe to offer us the form. It's almost like the black box in physics. You put your intention into the black box, and the universe provides doorways and experiences which include the people and opportunities that bring form to your intention.

The thing that the universe gives back to you is going to be beyond your comprehension. This is because it may be more beautiful than you believe you deserve and perhaps even more beautiful than you can comprehend or even think possible.

It's going to be a dimension of love that you've never experienced before. You've never been there before. You don't know what that thing is yet, but the universe does. So you don't have to comprehend the form. It can come as a surprise. The form is a mystery.

All you have to do is recognize it when it comes. So how do you recognize it if you can't comprehend it? You feel its vibration. You can sense it. You may think, “There's something about this person that seems to resonate at a deep level, and I need to check it out.” Then you can explore it.

After you put out your intention, it's really good to find a new flow as you walk through life. You're letting go of the contriving the thing you intended. It can be tough to let go of controlling and making it happen. You may want to contrive it in a form that you can understand, but then you limit it.

So when we let go of the form, it becomes a mystery. It's beyond what we can comprehend. It's a magical gift that life gives us. All we need to do is recognize it, explore it, and allow more love than we think we deserve or thought possible. That's where the work is. But we don't have to know the form.

Another reason you can't comprehend it is you’re asking for something that exists at a level of consciousness that you haven't attained yet. Once you allow it and experience it for a while, you'll be able to make sense of it. But right now, you can't even fully comprehend the thing you're asking for.

And how it gets created may be something that you never understand. There's so much timing and synchronicity that puts that possibility and form into your life path. That's something that you may never understand. And you don't need to.

Some Native Americans call it the great mystery when they pray and talk about creation. It's allowing the thing that comes to be a mystery. You let go of trying to strategically make it happen and just allow things to come to you. And what comes to you can be uncontrived and beyond your wildest dreams.
